FAQ

  • How do I pay my bill?

    Your account should be already set up on automatic withdrawal. If it is not, please call us to update your billing information and submit a payment with your credit card. You can also manage this in the Vivint Account Center by logging in here. Use the same username and password you created upon installation.

  • How do I view my bill online?

    To view your bill online, login to the Vivint Account Center using the username and password you created when your service was installed. When you are logged in, you will be able to see your Internet bill.

  • How do I contact Vivint Internet?

  • What speeds should I expect?

    Speeds may vary due to many factors outside of Vivint’s control, including your device performance, wireless signal strength, traffic on the Internet, etc. Vivint will make every effort to ensure the highest possible quality of service is always delivered, but Vivint does not guarantee the maximum service performance levels or guarantee service availability at all times. Average speeds for the 50 Mbps package should be consistently over 40 Mbps and average speeds for the 25 Mbps package should be above 15 Mbps.

  • Are there data caps?

    No. We do not have any plans at this time to cap the amount of data our customers use.

  • Can I keep my service if I am moving?

    You can keep your service if you’re moving to an area that is within our Vivint Network. Please give us a call to discuss whether your new address is in a network and what your options will be.
