Run a Cell Test

If your panel is displaying a radio modem network failure (RMNF) or you would like to test the cell signal on your panel, follow the steps below:
1Go to your touchscreen panel and touch the home button
2Tap 'Security'
3Tap the menu button
4Tap 'Toolbox'
5Enter your 4-digit master PIN
6Tap the right arrow button twice to get to the 3rd page
7Tap the 'Cell Phone Test' button
8Enter your 4-digit master PIN
9The cell test will run and give you the results. If the results are successful, press 'OK'

* If the test fails, it could be due to cell tower maintenance, severe weather, or other technical issues. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care for assistance
10Press the Home button to return to the Home Screen
