Add Secondary Users

Allowing family members to access your system via your online account is easy and secure. Follow these steps to add secondary users:
1Log in to the online account center
2Click 'Control my home'
3Click the Profiles tab
4Choose Manage Logins
5Choose Add New Login
6Type in the email address of the person you want to add to the account
7Click Submit
8The person you are adding will receive an email in their inbox that includes a temporary password
9That person must go to alarm.com and log in using the temporary password
10Once they have logged in to alarm.com they will be prompted to enter a new password
11They will now have access to your system through alarm.com and the Vivint Classic app, but they will not be able to log into the account center to view your billing and personal information
