Manage Tamper Alerts

If the firefighter device is sending odd tamper alerts and nothing appears to be wrong, this probably means that your sensor’s front cover isn’t securely mounted on its base. Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:
1Go to your touchscreen panel and put your system in Test Mode (If you have a Go!Control panel, click here to learn how to put your system into Test Mode)
2Go to your firefighter device
3Check the cover of the device to see if it has come loose
4If it has come loose, gently press the cover back onto the device until you hear a small snap
5If your sensor is still sending false tamper alerts even while the cover is properly secured, contact Customer Care for assistance
6Be sure to exit Test Mode on your touchscreen panel when you’re finished
