Manage Tamper Alerts
If your glass break detector is sending odd tamper alerts and nothing appears to be wrong with your sensor, this probably means that your sensor isn’t fully mounted on its bracket. Complete the following steps to fix it:
1Go to your touchscreen panel and put your system in Test Mode
2Go to your glass break detector
3Rotate the detector counter clockwise out of its bracket
4Rotate the detector back into its bracket and make sure it snaps all the way into place
5If your sensor is still sending false tamper alerts even while properly mounted, contact our Customer Care team via chat or email for assistance
6Be sure to exit Test Mode on your touchscreen panel when you’re finished
