Manage Tamper Alerts

If your Carbon monoxide detector is issuing a tamper warning, try the following to correct the issue:
1Go to your touchscreen panel and put your system in Test Mode
2Go to your carbon monoxide detector
3Rotate the detector out of its bracket
4Rotate the detector back into its bracket and make sure it snaps all the way into place
5If your sensor is still sending false tamper alerts even while properly mounted, twist the cover of your detector counterclockwise to open the device. Check if the battery have become dislodged. If so, press the battery back into its normal location, then twist the cover back on until the hole and notch line up again
6If the previous steps still do not clear the tamper warning, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance
7Be sure to exit Test Mode on your touchscreen panel when you’re finished
