Reboot your RouterIf your router is unresponsive or you are experiencing slower than average Internet speeds, simply rebooting your router may resolve the issue. To reboot your router, follow these steps:
1Locate your Internet router. If you have the Vivint Router, Model Number: WRDB1200AC-V, click here
2Unplug the power cable from the back for 20 seconds and then plug it back in
3Once power is restored, the globe on the front will be illuminated orange for a minute or so. After the globe turns green, your connection will be restored. To test if the issue is resolved, open a new session in your browser of choice
