Reconfigure a Pan + Tilt Camera
If you change Internet providers or your router settings, then it may be necessary to reconfigure your Vivint Pan + Tilt cameras. Complete the following steps to get your cameras back up and running:
1Unplug your camera and move it to your router. Use an ethernet cord to connect your camera to the router
2Plug the camera's power cord in and wait for the light on the front of the camera to turn green
3Once the light is green, go to your computer and log into your online account center
4Click the Go!Control Web Access link in the upper right corner
5Choose the Video tab
6Choose the Video Device Settings tab
7Choose the Wireless Networks button
8Choose the Scan for Wireless Networks button and select your home wireless network OR enter the name of your home wireless network, the encryption type, and the wireless network key
9Click the Save button
