Set User Codes
Different user codes allow you to know when different members of your family use your door locks. You can have unique codes that you assign to each family member or temporarily assign to a neighbor, a house sitter, or a guest in your home. Each time someone uses one of your door codes, you can receive an email or text message alert telling you who just used your door lock.
The door lock codes must be set from your online account and correspond to users. To set a user code, complete the following steps from your online access:
1Log into vivintsky.com
2Go to the gear icon in the top right and select 'Users & permissions'
3Select the user you would like to add a door lock code to
4Go to the 'Control panel and door access' section. You can edit the codes and use the toggles to change whether the user has panel or door lock access or both. You can also choose to have a separate code for door lock access
