What devices work with the Smart Hub?
With the exception of the CT-80 and CT-100 thermostats, all current Vivint Z-wave and wireless devices are compatible with the Smart Hub.
Note: the indoor 520IR cameras and first generation doorbell cameras are not recommended for use with the Smart Hub.
How long does the back-up battery last on the Smart Hub?
The Smart Hub back-up battery has a run time of at least 24 hours.
What do the different colors indicate on the Smart Hub LED?
The LED colors on the Smart Hub indicate the system status of the panel.
Green - Disarmed, ready to arm
Red - Armed
Not Lit - Not ready, device in open status
How do I update the firmware on my Smart Hub?
Firmware updates on your Smart Hub are automatic. If an update fails, a manual update option is available in the Installer Toolbox under Updates.
