Account Security Compromised
We use the most secure technology to ensure your online account remains safe. However, if you think the security of your online account has been compromised, either because you feel that an unauthorized person is using your app or because someone has hacked your email password, you can quickly and easily change your password. This is also a useful tool if your cell phone has been lost or stolen. To secure your account, complete the following steps:
1Log in to the online account center
2Choose the Mobile tab
3Down at the bottom right, you’ll see a prompt that says ‘Disable automatic login to this account for:’ and a dropdown menu
4Choose the email you think has been compromised from the dropdown menu and click ‘Submit’
5Repeat for other email addresses if necessary
6Be sure to change your online account password by requesting a password reset on the login screen
