Not Visible On the App or Online

If your Electronic Door Lock isn’t showing up on your online account or mobile phone, check the following to fix the issue:

1Go to your touchscreen panel and make sure that your door lock is showing on the panel. (If you have a Go!Control panel, tap the 'Services' option and go to the Door Locks)
2If your door lock is not displayed, then you need to re-add it
3If it is visible on the panel but not on the website, contact Customer Care team for assistance
