Loss of Supervision

If your touchscreen panel can’t find your flood/freeze sensor, this means it isn’t being monitored. To make sure your flood/freeze sensor is being monitored, check for all of the following:

Perform a System Test

If your flood freeze sensor has a history of low battery life, the battery could be dead and needs to be replaced. If you have replaced the battery and are still experiencing problems, contact our Customer Care team to replace the sensor.

Make sure the flood/freeze sensor is within approximately 200 feet of your panel. If it’s more than 200 feet away, it’s out of range and additional equipment needs to be installed.

If none of these explains why your sensor isn’t connecting to the panel, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
