Not CommunicatingIf your Glance Display appears to be out of sync with your SkyControl, such as the Glance Display showing the system as armed while the SkyControl shows the system is disarmed, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem.
1The first thing you will want to do is reboot your Glance Display. Go to the home screen and tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner. Then tap 'Devices' and enter your 4-digit PIN. Tap on 'Displays' and then tap your Glance Display. Here you will have the option to reboot the Glance display
2Once the Glance Display is rebooted, try arming or disarming the system to see if it syncs with the SkyControl panel. If the two panels are in sync, then the issue is resolved. If the Glance Display still seems to not be communicating with the SkyControl panel, please contact one of our Smart Home Specialists for additional support
