Google Assistant Commands Not Working

If your commands to the Google Assistant enabled device to control your Vivint SkyControl system are not working, please check the following to resolve the issue.
1Check your Google Home app and make sure that your Vivint Smart Home account is linked.
2Use the command “Hey Google, sync my devices” to make sure all of your devices are up-to-date.
3Make sure you are using a valid command for your Vivint system. Click here to see a list of suggested commands
44. Make sure Google Assistant correctly understands the commands you have given. Launch the Google Home app, open the menu, and click on My Activity to see the history of commands. Check to make sure Google Assistant understood you correctly. If necessary, try speaking the command again slowly and clearly.
