Incorrect Home Status

If your system is armed but the app claims it’s disarmed or vice versa, complete the following steps:

1Log out of your app and log back in
2If it’s still not showing the correct status, go to the online account center and see what the status is showing there. If the app and the website are both wrong, your system is probably having a communication issue. Contact Customer Care to have the issue resolved
3If the website is showing correct status but your app still isn’t, then you need to delete and reinstall your app. This should reset it back to original working order
