Having trouble logging in to your Vivint mobile app? Try completing the following steps.
1Make sure your password is spelled correctly. Note that the password is case sensitive
2Verify that you can log in to vivint.com by logging in to the online account center
3If you can log in to vivint.com successfully, try logging in directly to alarm.com
4If you can’t log in to vivint.com, there’s something wrong with your email or password. You can request a password reset by clicking the link on the sign-in screen or by contacting our Customer Care team
5If you can get into vivint.com but not alarm.com, contact support
6If you can get into vivint.com and alarm.com but not the app, try deleting and re-downloading the app
