Devices Not Showing on Mobile App

If a Vivint device in your home is not showing up on your mobile app, follow these instructions to correct it.

1Go to your touchscreen panel
2Choose the home services button
3Check if the missing device is on the panel
4If you see your device there, log out of the mobile app and log back in
5If the device still isn’t showing up on the mobile app, contact our Customer Care team for assistance
6If the device isn’t showing up on the panel at all, you will need to reconnect the device to the panel
