Not Receiving Notifications
If you are not receiving notifications for your garage door controller, but are receiving notifications for other devices in your home, there are a couple things you can do to diagnose what could be causing the issue.
First, make sure the rules/notifications are created AND enabled. It’s rare, but the rule/notification could have accidentally been swiped off, or didn’t save. If it is created, but not enabled, simply use the toggle to turn it back on. If it didn’t save, simply recreate the rule.
