Not Recording Clips
If your Ping camera is online and you are able to see the live feed, but it is not recording any clips, there are a few things you can check to fix the problem.
1First, make sure that your camera is set to record when motion is triggered. Click here to learn how to check this setting from your Vivint Sky App
2The next setting you will want to check is your video motion detection settings. You can adjust the motion detection settings from your SkyControl panel by following the steps here
3 If you have adjusted your settings and you are still not seeing any clips recorded, chat in for additional assistance
