Red Flashing on Electronic Door Lock

If your Electronic Door Lock is beeping and the buttons are flashing red, this means that there’s been some kind of error. This can happen if you’ve tried an incorrect door lock code too many times or you’ve programmed a new code incorrectly. Complete the following to fix it:

First make sure you’re using the right code and that the code is currently programmed into your door lock through the online account and that your door lock is connected to your panel. You can check the devices on your panel to ensure communication. If the code is not set on your online account or doesn't have lock access, re-add the code.

If the door lock continues to beep every time you try a correct code, you may want to reset the door lock. You can do this by removing the cover on the inside part of the door lock (opposite the key pad) and taking out the battery pack. Once the door lock has been without the battery pack for a full minute, replace the battery pack while holding down the lock button. The door lock will beep and lock/unlock a few times as part of the reset.
