Custom Rules Not WorkingIf you have noticed that one of your custom rules is not working, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1First, go to your list of custom rules and use the toggle to turn the rule off and then back on. Then test the rule. For example, if the rule is for your system to disarm if the door lock is unlocked from the keypad, try unlocking the door to see if the rule is working now
2If the first step does not work, you will need to try deleting and re-creating the rule. Click here to learn how to create custom rules and notifications from your app. Once the rule is re-added, try testing the rule again
3If the rule is still not working, there could be a communication issue with your panel through your home network or the device that you are managing the rules from. Make sure that your computer or mobile device is connected to the internet. Click here to learn how to check the network status on your panel
4If your panel and computer/mobile device are both communicating, but the rule still will not work, contact customer care for assistance
