AC Power Loss

If your Vivint Sky panel exhibits power loss, check the following:

Is the power out?

Is the transformer plugged in?

Does the outlet it is plugged into have power?

Is the wiring from the transformer to the panel functional?

Find the outlet the panel is plugged into and ensure that it is still plugged in. If your system is still plugged in, check to see if the outlet is working. To test your outlet, unplug your system and plug something else like a lamp or a vacuum and make sure that it is receiving power.

If you have identified what is causing the loss of power, correct issue. If you are unable to identify what is causing the problem, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
