Module Not Showing Online

If your module isn’t showing up on your online account or mobile phone, first check to make sure the module is plugged in, then check the following to fix the issue:

1Go to your touchscreen panel
2Make sure that you can see and control your lamp module from your panel. If you have a Go!Control panel, you will need to go to the 'Services' option
3If your module is not displayed, then first make sure your device is within 25 feet of the panel. If it is not, you’ll need to move it closer. Once you moved it or if it’s already in range of the system check to see if it shows on the panel again. If not, re-add your module
4If it is already visible on the panel but not the website, contact our Customer Care team
