Status Not Correct

If the module is not displaying the correct status (on or off) on your phone or your online account, complete the following steps to fix the issue:

First, go to your panel and see if the module is listed. If the module is listed, but you are unable to change the status online or on your phone, you maybe need to delete and re-add it.

Go to your module and make sure that the outlet is working by plugging something into the side that’s not Z-Wave enabled. If the outlet isn’t working, use another outlet. If it is working, manually turn on the Z-Wave side by pressing the button on the front of the module.

Check and see if you can turn your device on and off from either your app or online account. If that works, then delete your schedules and recreate them.
