Thermostat Not Visible On App/Online

If your Smart Thermostat isn’t showing up on your online account or mobile app, check the following to fix the issue:

1Go to your touchscreen panel and make sure that the temperature from your thermostat is displayed
2If your thermostat is not displayed, then you need to re-add it
3If it is visible on the panel but not the website, contact Customer Care team via chat or email for assistance
