If you’re getting a “Tilt sensor not closed” notification on your touchscreen panel, but your garage door is closed, complete the following steps to fix it:
1Go to your tilt sensor
2Make sure the sensor is positioned correctly on your garage door so it’s tilted at a 90° degree angle when the garage door is open
3If you are still receiving a not closed notification, go to your touchscreen panel and put the system in test mode
4Return to your tilt sensor and remove the sensor from your garage door
5Shake the sensor and put it back on the door
6If the sensor still isn’t fixed, contact our Customer Care team
