If it has a history of low battery life, the battery could be dead and needs to be replaced. If you have replaced the battery and are still experiencing problems, contact our Customer Care team via chat or email to replace the detector.

If none of these explains why your sensor isn’t connecting to the panel, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
